A nice collection of New Orleans recipes enhanced with using Tabasco Sauce. It gives you recipes with easily acquirred ingredients. A lot of these recipes you will make again and again.
A great little cookbook with some wonderful recipes, most of which can be completed in less than an hour. Sorry, there's no way to make a gumbo more quickly.
I ordered 10 of these books for Christmas gifts. They were a big hit. I am originally from Louisiana and all my Texas friends loved this little cookbook. I attached a small bottle of Tabasco to the bow when I wrapped the books, which made them a real conversation piece.

This book is excellent. This style of food is also popular in the Golden Triangle area of Texas near the Louisiana border.
